At Cielera, we aim to deliver your order as efficiently and smoothly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for important information regarding order processing and delivery.


Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location.

Estimated Delivery Times:

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.


International Shipping

Cielera ships internationally. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure all shipping information is correct at checkout. Cielera is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact the carrier first using the tracking information provided.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, contact us at support@cielera.com within 7 days so we can assist.


Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
