At Cielera, we take pride in the quality of our hoodies and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Returns
We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide further instructions.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items that are worn, washed, or altered

Size-related issues (please refer to the size guide before ordering)

Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval

Shipping fees are non-refundable
If a replacement is preferred instead of a refund, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Exchanges
We do not offer traditional exchanges. If your item arrives defective or incorrect, we will replace it once the issue has been verified.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified within a limited time after purchase. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing, it can no longer be canceled.
